Family Biscuits
Family Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. crisco shortening and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 425°.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Cut in Crisco using pastry blender (or 2 knives) to form coarse crumbs.
Add milk.
Mix with fork until particles are moistened and cling together.
Form dough into ball.
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface.
Knead gently 8 to 10 times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with floured 2-inch round cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425° for 12 to 14 minutes.
Yield
12 to 16 biscuits.
