Fall Fruit Saute

Peel and slice the apples.
Halve the grapes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the apple, salt, pepper and dried tarragon, if using.
Cook, stirring constantly, until tender, 3 or 4 minutes.
Stir in grapes and warm about 30 seconds.
Stir in fresh tarragon and lemon juice.
Serve.
