Fajitas
Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/3 c. lime juice, 1/4 c. red wine vinegar, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine first 10 ingredients in a shallow dish and stir well. Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet.
Add steak to marinade, turning to coat both sides.
