Fajitas
Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. skirt steak, 1/2 c. italian dressing, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar and 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients except for meat and mix well.
Cut as much fat as possible from meat.
Marinate the meat in the sauce for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Drain well and grill over open fire.
Roll in corn or flour tortillas.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, barbecue sauce, steak sauce or whatever you prefer.
