Faber Potatoes
Faber Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium boiled potatoes, cut in chunks, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cut in chunks, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Toss together.
Place in greased baking dish (I use bacon fat).
Bake 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
