Extra Sharp Cheese Ball
Extra Sharp Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. extra sharp cheese (white), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 clove garlic (not whole bulb) and parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Grate cheese and garlic.
Mix cheese and garlic together (by hand) until smooth in consistency.
(Also can be done in food processor.)
Separate in half.
Make 2 rolls or balls, whichever you prefer.
Roll in parsley flakes.
Refrigerate, but remove long enough before serving to spread on a cracker.
