Extra Flavor Chili
Extra Flavor Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) beef chuck roast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute onion and garlic in oil in Dutch oven.
Brown beef cubes. Add corn juice, tomatoes, soy sauce, chili powder and oregano. Cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours.
Uncover and simmer 45 minutes until meat is tender.
Stir in corn and green chiles and cook until heated.
Serves 6 to 8.
