Exotic Spinach is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. chopped spinach, frozen, 1 c. sour cream, 1 envelope onion soup mix and 1 c. buttered crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook spinach in small quantity of water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine with dry soup mix and sour cream.
Pour into casserole dish.
Cover with crumbs.
