Excellent Spinach is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 c. sour cream and cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook spinach; mix together with onion soup and sour cream. Top with Cheddar cheese.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
