Excellent Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1 c. sour cream and 1 bunch onions, chopped with tops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place frozen potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Heat soup, margarine, cheese and sour cream just until melted.
Place onions over the potatoes.
Pour sauce over next.
