Excellent Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 c. shortening (crisco preferred), 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
