Excellent Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. shortening (crisco) and 5 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding the water 1 tablespoon at a time.
Maybe a little more water will be needed. Roll out and make your crust.
Makes a double crust for a 9-inch pie.
