Ever So Easy Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10-inch tube pan.
Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes.
Turn out of pan. Cool completely.
Glaze and garnish as desired.
