Eskimo Torte
Eskimo Torte is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. marshmallows, 1 c. juice (1 lemon, 3 oranges), 1 pt. whipping cream and graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place marshmallows and juice in large saucepan to melt, then set in refrigerator to cool.
Make sure it does not get too hard, should look like syrup.
Now whip cream, fold in syrup, then pour in graham cracker lined pan (9 x 12-inch).
Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over torte.
Set in refrigerator overnight.
