Ensaymada is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. warm water, 3 pkg. yeast, 1 1/2 tbsp. corn oil, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine all ingredients, except butter.
Add flour.
Knead until smooth.
Cover and let rise until double.
Shape like (cinnamon rolls) and let rise again.
Bake at 375Β° until slightly brown.
Before serving, spread butter on top of the rolls and sprinkle with sugar.
