English Trifle
English Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 ladyfingers or 9-inch square sponge cake, split, strawberry jello, vanilla pudding, 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar and 1/2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Split ladyfingers in two (or split sponge cake in two and cut one layer in sections the size of ladyfingers (12 sections). Arrange in single layer in bottom of square glass baking dish, 9 x 9 x 1 1/2 inch.
Make jello as instructed on box.
Pour over the ladyfingers.
Allow to set.
