Cover bottom of glass bowl with cake.
Sprinkle cake with sherry and set overnight.
Next morning, pour Jell-O, prepared with 3/4 require liquid, over cake.
Let set.

Cover with pudding, prepared with 3/4 required liquid. Let set.
Cover with Dream Whip.
Decorate with cherries and nuts.
