English Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, chopped, 1 large onion, in rings, 6 medium potatoes, diced, 1 pkg. polish sausage, sliced and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large saucepan layer cabbage (chopped), potatoes (diced), onion (rings) and cut sausage.
Add small amount of water.
Place on stove top.
Steam or boil until vegetables are tender.
Serve with corn bread.
Makes a nice meal for cold days.
