English Rocks - a delicious recipe with 14 ingredients.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Add sifted dry ingredients and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Pour batter over nuts and fruit and mix thoroughly.
Drop from teaspoon on baking sheet and bake at 325ยฐ for 20 to 25 minutes.
These keep well and can be frozen.
Makes a lot but are delicious.
