Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and salt.
Add the well beaten eggs and milk.
Mix with a wooden spoon.
Add raisins and pecans.
Add lemon extract last and mix well.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Add batter mixture and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
