Energy Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. quick oats, uncooked, 3 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter, 1/4 c. honey and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Toast oats in shallow pan in 350Β° oven for 15 minutes or until brown, stirring often.

Line 9-inch square pan with foil or grease. Melt marshmallows, peanut butter, honey and margarine over low heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.

Stir in toasted oats.

Add raisins, if desired.

Place in pan spreading evenly. Chill until firm.

Cut into bars.
