Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 10 tortilla flour shells, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans and 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef, season to taste.
Drain fat.
Follow directions on back of enchilada sauce mix.
Lightly grease dish. On flour shell spread 1 tablespoon of refried beans and spread 1 tablespoon sour cream.
Top with cheese, add ground beef, then roll tightly as possible.
Then pour sauce mix over all and top with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
