Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large hot onion, chopped, 1 lb. pkg. medium cheddar cheese, grated, 2 small cans enchilada sauce and 1 pkg. soft corn taco shells, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown ground beef and drain.
In small amount of oil, fry taco shells until heated (a few seconds side). Dip shells in enchilada sauce and fill each shell with ground beef, grated cheese and onion.
Roll shell and place x 13-inch baking dish.
Repeat until all shells are filled and pour remaining over enchiladas. Top remaining cheese and onion. Bake at 425Β° until heated, minutes.
