Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned, 1 onion, chopped, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown and drain hamburger with onion; add other ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Simmer until well mixed.
Quarter tortillas.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer meat mixture, cheese and tortillas (2 to 3 layers), ending with cheese.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with chips and hot sauce.
