Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 small onion (optional), 1 pkg. mama maria's flour tortillas, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown hamburger with onion; drain.
In dripper pan roll hamburger in shells.
Pour cream of chicken soup, diluted with water, over shells.
Pour tomato soup, undiluted, combined with enchilada sauce over shells.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until boiling around edges.
Serve with chopped lettuce on top.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
