Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 cans enchilada sauce, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 large onion, 3 or 4 boiled eggs and 1 small can drained olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat, onion and pepper.
Add chopped olives, eggs and hot sauce.
Add 3/4 can of enchilada sauce.
Heat remaining sauce. Dip tortillas into hot sauce and fill with meat mixture; fold and lay in pan.
Put grated cheese and extra sauce over enchiladas. Warm in oven until cheese melts.
