Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese, enchilada or burrito shells, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild), 1 lb. ground beef or chicken and 1 onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground beef and onion or cook chicken; drain.
Add all other ingredients; simmer 5 minutes.
Dip each tortilla in sauce to coat each side.
Place in 13 x 9-inch pan and fill with 2 to 3 tablespoons filling.
Do all the tortillas; roll as you fill.
Cover with all remaining sauce.
Top with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
