Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until soft.
Add flour, salt and chili powder; stir until smooth.
Add tomatoes and meat stock or water.
Cook until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes.
Strain if desired (reserve vegetables).
