Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can refried beans, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 pkg. corn tortillas and 1 (1 lb.) block cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef; add refried beans and cumin.
Thin with about 3/4 can water.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Warm tortillas according to package directions.
Put a small amount of meat/bean mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Roll up tortillas with cheese and a little onion.
Arrange in the pan and cover with remaining meat mixture.
Cover and bake at 350Β° until heated through, about 30 minutes.
