Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. water, chili powder to taste, garlic salt to taste and 4 to 8 oz. ortega chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry and drain ground beef.
Add water, chili powder, garlic salt, chilies and salsa.
Simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat tortillas in microwave.
Put 1/12 beef mixture in each and roll. Place seam side down in baking pan, single layer.
Put enchilada sauce on each one.
Shred cheese and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
