Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen tortillas (corn or flour), chopped onions, grated cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground round or chuck and 2 (15 oz.) cans hormel chili con carne (no beans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry meat; drain.
Add chili con carne; heat thoroughly.
Warm tortillas as directed on package.
Onto each tortilla place 1 1/2 tablespoons meat mixture; sprinkle chopped onion and cheese. Roll; place upside down in baking dish, 9 x 13-inch, greased. Repeat until dish is filled.
Cover with meat mixture.
Sprinkle with more onions and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
