Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 3/4 head lettuce, chopped, 3 cans old el paso enchilada sauce, 1 block mild cheddar cheese, grated and 1 doz. corn tortillas (fontoya), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Salt bottom of frypan.
Brown hamburger and drain all grease. Heat 1/2-inch cooking oil until it sizzles.
Drop corn tortillas, one at a time, into oil (approximately 6 seconds on each side). With tongs, shake off excess oil and place on paper towel to drain excess oil off.
