Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large chopped onion, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 clove minced garlic and 1 medium can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat and onions; drain fat.
Add chili powder, garlic, sauce, tomatoes, salt and simmer 20 minutes.
Add mushrooms.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with tortillas.
Top with half meat mixture, then half the cheese.
Repeat tortillas, meat mixture and cheese. Bake at 350Β° about 20 to 30 minutes.
