Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 taco shells, broken, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes, 1 medium onion, chopped and 7 oz. can mild green chilies, drained and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Break taco shells in medium size pieces.
Cook beef and onion; drain.
Combine chilies, soup and tomatoes.
Add to meat with chili powder, salt and pepper.
Arrange 1/2 of taco shells on bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Spoon 1/2 of meat on top.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over meat.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
