Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 pkg. taco mix, 1 small can enchilada sauce, 1 small onion, chopped and 2 cans chopped olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown the meat and drain.
Add onion, taco seasoning, olives and enchilada sauce to meat.
Cook for a few minutes in skillet. Use a 2-quart baking dish; put in one layer of tortillas.
Spoon some meat mixture over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat to make 3 to 4 layers.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
