Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. 3 oz. can chili without beans, 6 oz. pkg. corn chips, 1 small onion, 1/2 c. grated cheese and 1/2 c. grated monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place half of chili on bottom of greased 1-quart baking dish. Cover with half corn chips, onion and cheeses.
Repeat with layers of remaining chili, corn chips, onions and top with cheeses.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
