Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown onion and beef in skillet, then add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste along with 1 can refried beans.
Mix butter, flour, enchilada sauce, salt, pepper and cumin powder.
Dip tortillas in sauce.
Layer in pan 1 layer sauce and 1 layer filling with tortillas.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Can also fill tortillas and roll, then cover with sauce and cheese.
