Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 c. canned tomatoes and 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat, onions and garlic over medium heat.
Add next 7 ingredients.
Cook 5 minutes.
Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with torn tortillas.
Top with meat mixture and more tortillas. (Layer meat and tortillas.)
Pour soup and milk mixed over and top with layer of cheese sprinkled evenly over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
