Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. corn tortillas, 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans and 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line a 10 x 12-inch baking dish with tortillas.
Place cooked beef on top of tortillas.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Add beans, then cheese.
Break up remaining tortillas and place on top.
Mix tomatoes and green chilies and cream of chicken soup and pour over the casserole.
Sprinkle top with chopped chilies.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250° and bake for another 30 minutes.
