Brown hamburger; add soups, sauce and milk.
Heat until mixture is thickened.
Line 9 x 12-inch baking pan with tortillas. Pour in one half of meat mixture.
Add another layer of tortillas.
Pour remaining mixture over the tortillas.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
