Enchilada Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can chopped green chilies, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat and drain.
Add enchilada sauce, soups and chilies. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
In a casserole dish, line bottom with tortillas.
Top with 1/2 of meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Then repeat (end up with cheese on top).
Bake at 425Β° until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
