Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. hamburger, 2 cans enchilada sauce (mild), 1 small can green chilies (optional), 2 tsp. chili powder and 12 to 24 flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown hamburger and drain.
Add chili powder and salt.
In a separate pan, heat together the enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, green chilies and 1 pound of cheese until the cheese is melted.
Soak tortillas in sauce mixture (not too long).
Put tortilla on plate and add some hamburger mixture and grated cheese. Roll up tortillas and place in long baking dish. Continue until you fill dish with enchiladas.
You may need two baking dishes by the time you use up all the mixture.
Pour remaining sauce, cheese and hamburger over the top. Cook in preheated 250Β° oven until hot.
