Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 2 (16 oz.) cans enchilada sauce, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 6 corn tortillas and 5 oz. cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown and drain hamburger.
Add 2 cans mild enchilada sauce and 1 can cream of mushroom soup to hamburger.
Spoon a small amount of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
Layer 6 corn tortillas, 1/2 mixture, Cheddar cheese.
Repeat this with shells with remainder of mixture and finish with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
