Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, 16 oz. pace picante sauce, 1 pkg. taco sauce and 16 oz. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Fry hamburger; drain off fat.
Add package of taco seasoning.
Mix thoroughly.
Put a dab of taco sauce in bottom of 9 x 11-inch cake pan.
Put a layer of corn tortillas, layer of sour cream and cottage cheese, layer of hamburger and layer of cheese.
Repeat layers until ingredients are gone.
Bake at 450Β° until done, about 1 hour.
