Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef or turkey, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can mild old el paso enchilada sauce or pace picante sauce and grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the first 4 ingredients in saucepan until hot.
Spray cake pan with Pam.
Ladle a small amount of sauce into cake pan.
Layer sauce, grated cheese and broken up raw corn tortillas.
Top with cheese.
Put in oven at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with sour cream and black olives when you serve.
