Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 pkg. tortillas, torn into fourths, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat and onion.
Drain and spread in baking dish. Arrange tortillas over meat and onion.
Mix soups together and spoon over tortillas.
Spread the enchilada sauce over soup. Sprinkle with green chilies and top with grated cheese.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
