Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 green pepper and 1 pkg. frozen flour or corn tortilla shells, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat in skillet; add taco seasoning mix.
Drain and set aside.
In large bowl, use lettuce, chopped onion and tomatoes to make a salad.
In large, deep pan, layer tortillas, salad, meat and soup until all is used (usually 3 to 4 layers).
Garnish with slices of green pepper.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla chips.
