Brown ground beef.
Mix enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and water together.
Bring to a boil and mix with ground beef.
Place a layer of chips in pan.
Slice cheese on chips and pour sauce on top and continue to layer.
Bake in 350Β° oven about 30 minutes, until brown on top.
