Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas, tear in pieces, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can ro-tel and 2 cans ranch style beans, do not drain, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown and season meat.
Place 6 of the torn tortillas in bottom of casserole.
Add drained brown meat, beans, onions, and add rest of tortillas.
Mix 2 cans chicken soup with Ro-Tel.
Pour over meat mixture.
Add cheese and bake.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
