Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. bag fritos, crushed, 2 c. cheddar, shredded, 15 oz. can chili (with beans), 15 oz. can enchilada sauce and 1 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Set aside 1 cup crushed Fritos.
Combine remaining Fritos with 1 1/2 cups cheese, chili, sauce and onion.
Pour into an 11 x 7-inch or 12 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes. Spread sour cream over top, then cheese. Spread remaining corn chips around edges of pan only.
Bake 10 minutes more.
